I had been looking for a new Dodge Ram Pickup. I had stopped at many of the big volume stores, test drove some and priced 3 of them. I then decided to buy a truck but really had not decided who to buy it from as they were all ready to deal. I decided that I preferred to buy local if possible, so I went to see Rob Hunt at Kemna in Jackson. Rob was very willing to give me the details I wanted and answered the question I had. Kemna did not have what I was looking for on hand, and in a short period of time locataed several trucks to consider. "Well I think it’s a number of different things, first of all, the quality of the people they have, whether it’s in sales or in the service department, we trust them.
We have about twelve vehicles I believe, that we have through Kemna-Asa now, our fleet that we use in the office plus our own private vehicles.

You explained things to me in terms that I could understand and I never felt that I was being "talked down" to. I just wish that both you and Sean could come to Minnesota and teach the dealerships here how to treat customers. I just can't express how I felt when things finally came together. I'm sure that after six hours of dealing with me, you were praying that something, Anything! Mwould happen! But I must say, that I enjoyed those six hours because everyone there made me feel at home. Well, I’ve had a number of transitions with Kemna-Asa and it’s always been a fair deal. The last two vehicles I’ve purchased the transactions have gone real smooth. I purchased a pickup and a suburban just recently. The service has been great and warranty work and follow-up has also been tremendous.
